Dinner Review

The beef bourguignon was outstanding. Once again I think I over ate. The only change that I made was that at the part of the recipe where it calls to have you remove the meat from the casserole, wash the casserole and then put the meat back in. I took out the meat filled the casserole with boiled potatoes and then put the meat on top. VERY YUMMY!!
